Corporate Members
Eligibility:
A Corporate member is any partnership or company registered or incorporated in Goa under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and the Companies Act 2013 and conducting business in IT software, IT services, Internet, e-commerce or IT enabled services, and/or associated services.
Rights:
A Corporate member can nominate two representatives to attend meetings and events of the association.
Only one representative of a Corporate member with membership in good standing has the right to a single vote on the policies and in the elections to the General Body of the Association.
A single representative who has the voting right of the Corporate Member and has completed one year with the organisation and with membership in good standing is eligible to stand as a candidate to be elected to the General Body of the Association.
Dues:
One time Registration fee : Rs. 3000
Annual Membership Fee : Rs. 8000
